We recognize that equipping the youth with the skills required for the jobs of today, and those of tomorrow is our corporate social responsibility in addressing a strategic concern pertaining to the sustainability of our country. We offer the youth opportunities to gain insight into the technical and administrative programs at Technolibra and enrich their knowledge and experience in various areas.
Overview.
On-the-job Training and Funded Online Learning
Technolibra offers an internship programme to give up-and-coming graduates hands-on experience working within our business. Each intern will partake in our learning programme and is able to garner on-the-job training by working in tandem with a Technolibra technical lead on assigned tasks. When the interns have completed their training there is potential for them to become a fully-fledged member of our dynamic and growing team depending on vacancies.
Technolibra provides funded online learning to its interns, resulting in certification in Microsoft and SAP. Our interns are placed on projects with various clients, to introduce them to the different aspects of technology consulting.
Real-World Experience for Interns
The Technolibra Internship program is a year-long (12 months) program which seeks to provide an opportunity for information technology and computer science graduates to gain the relevant knowledge, skills, and experience while establishing important connections in the technology consulting field.
It provides a platform for transforming theoretical knowledge into real-work experience and includes learning the specialized skills of technology consulting (SAP and Microsoft), and transferable skills such as teamwork, customer service and communication.
Internship Program Success.
Technolibra has an 88% absorption rate of its interns since the inception of the program in 2019. Feedback from our clients has been extremely positive, with particular emphasis on the professionalism and enthusiasm demonstrated by the interns, and they have continued to support this initiative by allowing our interns to participate in live projects and support contracts.
